What You'll Do
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, and quality
- Provide expert-level feedback to help improve AI model performance
- Write and review prompts to test AI capabilities in your domain
- Participate in RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback) tasks
- Compare and rank AI outputs based on quality criteria
Requirements
- Strong domain expertise relevant to the role
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (preferred)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on a flexible schedule
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
Compensation
$35 - $55/hr — pay varies by project complexity and domain expertise.
