Venture Capital / Growth Expert

This is a remote, project-based role for finance professionals with 1–3 years of work experience in Venture Capital/ Growth environments. You will complete tasks similar to those performed at VC firms. Work is over the next 2-3 weeks, asynchronous, and assigned on a project-by-project basis, with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week for the projects you accept. Commitment: 10 hours/week | Pay: $60 - $100/hr | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models and answer financial questions
• Perform corporate valuations (DCF, LBO, APV)
• Apply complex accounting principles to real-world scenarios (NOLs, DTAs, operating leases, etc.)
• Complete VC style analysis

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Venture Capital
• Understanding of financial modeling & accounting
