Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert guidance on trade reconciliation processes and best practices for AI-driven solutions.
2. Analyze and refine portfolio management analytics workflows to inform AI model training.
3. Collaborate with AI development teams to ensure accurate translation of hedge fund domain knowledge into AI models.
4. Develop detailed training content and scenarios rooted in real-world trading and hedge fund operations.
5. Evaluate, test, and validate AI models to ensure alignment with industry standards and operational realities.
6. Deliver clear and articulate feedback, both written and verbal, to enhance AI learning and performance.
7. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in trading and hedge funds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Extensive experience in trading and/or hedge fund operations.
2. MBA or Master degree in Finance is plus.
3. Proven expertise in trade reconciliation and portfolio management analytics.
4. Strong familiarity with trading desk workflows, risk management, and financial instruments.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts clearly.
6. Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Understanding of AI/ML concepts or willingness to rapidly learn foundational aspects.
8. Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines in a remote, part-time setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience training AI or ML systems in financial services environments.
2. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) or equivalent practical experience.
