Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive AI training modules focused on Telecom and VoIP Engineering concepts and applications.
- Guide learners through end-to-end prompt engineering cycles, ensuring practical understanding and hands-on application.
- Collaborate with team members to identify knowledge gaps and tailor training content to evolving project requirements.
- Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication throughout training sessions and documentation.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and technological advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Telecom and VoIP Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience with AI and prompt engineering in telecommunications environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, engaging instruction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in AI-driven telecom solutions.
- Experience delivering remote technical training to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in relevant telecom protocols, platforms, and AI development tools.
