Technology and Professional Services Expert

AfterQuery is seeking Technology and Professional Services Experts to create and refine consulting and solutions challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex technology consulting principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world client engagements, systems implementations, and strategic technology decisions with precision and practical insight. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between proven professional services practice and innovative AI solutions, making a tangible impact on the future of technology consulting.

Commitment: 15 hours/week | Pay: $60 - $100/hr | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality consulting questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as requirements gathering, solution architecture, change management, vendor selection, project delivery, stakeholder management, technology strategy, and more.
• Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to professional services best practices and industry standards.
• Collaborate with a team of technology and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Proven experience in technology consulting, professional services delivery, systems integration, or IT strategy with a robust understanding of various service delivery models and client engagement approaches.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple years of professional services or consulting experience, ideally across diverse technology domains and industry verticals.
• Prior involvement in thought leadership, industry publications, or technology transformation initiatives.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, cloud certifications, Agile/Scrum, etc.) or advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI or emerging technology applications in professional services is a plus.
