Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Technical and Scientific Sales Representatives to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic tasks involving prospecting, needs discovery, solution positioning, technical demonstrations, proposal development, objection handling, and account growth. You will verify technical accuracy, commercial relevance, and practicality, helping AI produce credible, customer-focused solutions for complex scientific and technical sales scenarios.


Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in technical or scientific sales, solutions consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Relevant educational or professional background in engineering, life sciences, healthcare, technology, or another technical discipline.
  • Proven experience conducting discovery conversations to understand customer requirements, challenges, workflows, and decision criteria.
  • Ability to assess solution fit, explain complex products clearly, and address technical objections from diverse stakeholders.
  • Capable of creating realistic tasks covering technical discovery, solution mapping, demonstrations, proposals, and customer recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Produce expert tasks and solutions in the functional area to the pod's quality bar.
  • Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate.
  • Apply the rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details:

  • Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
  • Engagement type: Contractor
  • Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks
