About the Role

We're looking for experienced teachers and tutors based in Bangalore to help train the next generation of AI. Your expertise in explaining concepts, evaluating student-level content, and breaking down complex topics is exactly what AI systems need to learn from. You'll review, create, and improve educational content that teaches AI to be a better tutor.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated explanations, lessons, and tutoring responses for accuracy and pedagogical quality
• Create clear, well-structured educational content across your subject areas
• Identify errors, gaps, or misleading information in AI-produced learning materials
• Rate AI responses on clarity, helpfulness, and age-appropriateness
• Provide structured feedback to improve how AI explains and teaches concepts
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Teaching, tutoring, or instructional experience in any subject area (math, science, languages, humanities, test prep, etc.)
• Strong ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable evaluating educational content at scale
• No prior AI or technical experience required

Nice to Have

• Teaching certification or degree in education (B.Ed, M.Ed, or equivalent)
• Experience with curriculum development or instructional design
• Familiarity with multiple grade levels or standardized testing (CBSE, ICSE, competitive exams)
• Subject matter expertise in STEM, languages, or humanities
