Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and annotate AI training materials using in-depth expertise in sourcing, candidate screening, and recruiting methodologies.
- Assess and create evaluation rubrics to guide AI models in sourcing pipeline development and candidate evaluation.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to identify key hiring needs and translate them into effective AI model guidelines.
- Curate and design employer branding and candidate experience assessment scenarios for AI training purposes.
- Perform quality assurance and provide actionable feedback for continuous AI model improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the AI systems reflect cutting-edge recruitment standards.
- Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations both in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, with hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Strong command of candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment lifecycle best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and translate recruitment concepts into actionable guidelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you care deeply about clarity and precision in both mediums.
- Interest in AI and a passion for exploring its applications within the talent acquisition and recruiting domain.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and documentation.
