Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, refine, and annotate AI training materials using in-depth expertise in sourcing, candidate screening, and recruiting methodologies.
  2. Assess and create evaluation rubrics to guide AI models in sourcing pipeline development and candidate evaluation.
  3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and hiring managers to identify key hiring needs and translate them into effective AI model guidelines.
  4. Curate and design employer branding and candidate experience assessment scenarios for AI training purposes.
  5. Perform quality assurance and provide actionable feedback for continuous AI model improvements.
  6. Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the AI systems reflect cutting-edge recruitment standards.
  7. Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations both in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, with hands-on expertise in sourcing, screening, and collaborating with hiring managers.
  2. Strong command of candidate experience, employer branding, and recruitment lifecycle best practices.
  3. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and translate recruitment concepts into actionable guidelines.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you care deeply about clarity and precision in both mediums.
  5. Interest in AI and a passion for exploring its applications within the talent acquisition and recruiting domain.
  6. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Background in HR technology or related digital transformation projects.
  2. Knowledge of emerging trends in HR tech and AI-driven recruitment solutions.
