Note: we are onboarding for a time sensitive role and looking for people who can begin work by 9am PT on Thursday, March 19 and contribute at least 5 hours by 4pm PT on Thursday, March 19.

Role Overview:
We are looking for subject-matter experts to work at the intersection of their domain and advanced AI systems. In this role, you will design and refine prompts that guide model behavior, ensuring outputs are accurate, rigorous, and aligned with real-world expertise. You will also develop high-quality example responses that demonstrate what strong, correct answers look like, helping set clear standards for model performance.

Note: no prior AI experience is required.

What You’ll Do:

• Apply your domain expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs
• Design prompts that test and enhance model reasoning and knowledge
• Create clear, well-structured example responses that reflect expert-level thinking

• Ability to think critically about correctness, clarity, and reasoning
• Clear written communication and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
