Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Software QA Analyst – AI Trainer, where your expertise in software quality assurance will help shape the future of AI-driven QA processes. In this dynamic role, you’ll evaluate and refine AI-generated testing outputs, ensuring software meets the highest standards of usability, functionality, and compliance. Your insights will directly influence how AI understands and validates modern software applications, raising the bar for quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, document, and analyze software defects and user experience issues using leading bug tracking systems.

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and procedures for regression, usability, and compatibility testing.

• Review and refine AI-generated QA outputs, correcting inaccuracies and ensuring real-world application alignment.

• Deliver structured feedback and actionable recommendations to enhance software usability, performance, and quality.

• Collaborate with project teams to refine protocols, document results, and maintain thorough defect databases.

• Monitor bug resolution progress and validate applied fixes to ensure release readiness.

• Ensure all test documentation meets high standards for clarity, replicability, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Software QA Analyst, QA Tester, or Software Quality Specialist.

• Extensive knowledge of manual testing methodologies, test case writing, and defect tracking tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Bugzilla.

• Demonstrated experience in regression, negative, and compatibility testing.

• Proficiency in analyzing logs and configurations for robust debugging.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for detailed documentation and AI output evaluation.

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and consistency.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently within a structured remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with automation tools like Selenium or Cypress (a plus).

• Experience providing feedback in product design reviews.

• Background in AI training, data annotation, or advanced technical QA.
