10x.team is seeking experienced software engineers based in the EU or UK to help advance cutting-edge AI systems.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll make a tangible impact by:

• Reviewing and refining AI-generated responses related to software development and system design

• Evaluating outputs for technical accuracy, code quality, and architectural integrity

• Drafting realistic engineering scenarios (API design, distributed systems, performance optimization, refactoring, debugging, and more)

• Creating scenario variants from the perspectives of backend, frontend, DevOps engineers, architects, or engineering managers

• Identifying weaknesses in logic, edge case handling, scalability assumptions, and security practices

In simple terms: You’ll assess and improve AI-generated content to make sure it aligns with real-world engineering standards, robust system design, and clean code principles.

This is not a hands-on product development role. Rather than building a specific product, you’ll contribute to how AI understands and reasons about software engineering at scale. Your expertise will shape how AI excels at programming, architecture, and technical problem-solving.

Who We’re Looking For

You are:

• A software engineer, developer, architect, or senior technical contributor

• Based in the EU or UK

• Experienced in professional software development (several years)

• Skilled in backend or frontend development, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, DevOps, security, or system architecture

• Comfortable spotting flawed logic, scalability concerns, and unrealistic technical assumptions

• Available for 8 to 20 hours per week

• Ready to start in the coming weeks

This is a fully remote and flexible engagement, ideal to balance with your existing commitments.
