Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Marketing Managers to serve as Senior AI Trainers. You will create, evaluate, and refine complex marketing tasks involving strategy, segmentation, positioning, campaign planning, channel optimization, performance measurement, and budget allocation. You will apply expert judgment to ensure outputs are accurate, practical, and commercially relevant, helping AI deliver strategic, data-informed recommendations across diverse markets and customer segments.


Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in brand, product, growth, or integrated marketing, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies aligned with customer needs, market opportunities, and business objectives.
  • Strong experience managing cross-channel programs across digital, content, paid media, lifecycle, partnerships, and offline channels.
  • Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics, attribution, performance measurement, experimentation, and customer insights.
  • Demonstrated ownership of marketing budgets, resource allocation, agency management, and campaign ROI.
  • Expert in brand positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, audience segmentation, and end-to-end campaign architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Produce expert tasks and solutions in the functional area to the pod's quality bar.
  • Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate.
  • Apply the rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details:

  • Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
  • Engagement type: Contractor
  • Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks
