Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Customer Success Managers to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic tasks involving customer onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, account health, stakeholder management, and value realization. You will verify accuracy, relevance, and practicality, helping AI produce clear, customer-focused solutions aligned with proven success practices and real-world business needs.

Requirements

• 8–15 years of experience in Customer Success or account management, primarily within enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven ownership of strategic enterprise accounts, including complex customer lifecycles, renewals, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong experience developing health-score frameworks, renewal playbooks, risk-management processes, and success metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and lead business reviews and escalations.
• Expert in designing onboarding, adoption, value-realization, retention, and account-expansion strategies.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area.
• Review and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day quality.
• Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
• Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details:

• Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
• Engagement type: Contractor
• Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks
