Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Content and SEO Specialists to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic tasks involving content strategy, keyword research, search intent, on-page optimization, content briefs, performance analysis, and organic growth. You will ensure outputs are accurate, practical, and aligned with SEO practices, helping AI produce valuable, audience-focused, and search-optimized content.


Requirements

  • 8–15 years of experience in content strategy, SEO, organic growth, or digital marketing.
  • Proven success developing editorial strategies aligned with audience needs, search intent, brand positioning, and business goals.
  • Advanced proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong expertise in technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Deep experience analyzing rankings, traffic, conversions, content performance, and competitive search trends using analytics platforms.
  • Ability to lead SEO audits, prioritize opportunities, guide content teams, and deliver measurable organic growth strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Produce expert tasks and solutions in the functional area to the pod's quality bar.
  • Work under senior review; incorporate calibration feedback and iterate.
  • Apply the rubric standards set by the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
  • Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.

Offer Details:

  • Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and upto 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
  • Engagement type: Contractor
  • Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks
