AfterQuery is seeking Sales Manager Experts to create and refine sales leadership challenges for training AI models. In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate sales management scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex sales leadership principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world team management, pipeline oversight, and strategic sales situations with precision and practical insight. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between proven sales management practice and innovative AI solutions, making a tangible impact on the future of sales technology.

Commitment: 10 hours/week | Pay: $75 - $110/hr | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality sales management questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as team coaching, performance management, pipeline analysis, quota setting, sales strategy, territory planning, client relationship management, and more.
  • Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to sales management best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with a team of sales and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience managing sales teams in B2B, wholesale, commercial, or other non-retail sales environments with a robust understanding of sales processes and team leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multiple years of sales management experience, ideally across diverse industries and sales models (inside sales, field sales, channel sales, etc.).
  • Prior involvement in sales training, revenue operations, or sales technology initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, territory management, or compensation planning is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI or technology-driven sales applications is a plus.
