Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Russian Language Reviewer - AI Trainer and help shape the future of AI-driven communication. In this part-time, remote role, you will use your deep expertise in Russian to enhance the quality, authenticity, and nuance of AI-generated content, making a tangible difference in how technology understands and communicates in Russian.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated Russian text and voice content for grammatical accuracy, fluency, and natural expression.
• Identify distinctions between native and non-native Russian linguistic patterns, providing clear feedback to improve AI comprehension.
• Deliver detailed, actionable insights to enhance AI’s understanding of Russian grammar, idioms, and cultural nuances.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to refine AI voice models, focusing on dialectal diversity, accent identification, and clarity.
• Annotate and analyze voice and textual data to uphold exacting standards in pronunciation, word choice, and authenticity.
• Contribute to the development and continual improvement of assessment frameworks for identifying native Russian proficiency and language quality assurance.
• Maintain systematic records of all reviews and actively participate in ongoing quality control initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level proficiency in Russian, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to recognize and assess a variety of Russian dialects and accents.
• Bachelor’s degree in Russian, Linguistics, Language Studies, or a closely related field.
• Meticulous attention to linguistic detail and a genuine enthusiasm for language innovation.
• Experience in content review, editing, language evaluation, or related disciplines.
• Proven skill in delivering constructive, precise feedback in both written and spoken Russian.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setting while maintaining high standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI training, linguistic data annotation, or machine learning-related projects.
• Familiarity with voice recognition technologies or development of language resources.
• Advanced degree or specialized certification in Russian linguistics or related areas.
