Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging, clear, and concise instruction on robotics and mechatronics principles to diverse audiences in virtual settings.
  2. Develop and review practical exercises, project-based coursework, and real-world case studies to reinforce learning objectives.
  3. Guide students in designing and implementing control algorithms, motion planning, and automation workflows for various robotic systems.
  4. Demonstrate integration of microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, and real-time systems in hands-on activities and tutorials.
  5. Support learners in troubleshooting hardware and software challenges across platforms like ROS, CAN, I2C, SPI, PWM, and embedded firmware environments.
  6. Collaborate effectively in remote teams, providing timely feedback and mentorship through both written and verbal communication.
  7. Stay up to date with advancements in robotics, recommending improvements to training content and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Robotics & Mechatronics Engineering.
  2. Proficiency in embedded systems, microcontroller integration, and sensor-actuator interfacing with real-time constraints.
  3. Strong mechanical design skills, including expertise in 3D modeling (SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and mechanisms.
  4. Advanced knowledge of control algorithm development (PID, model-based control, state estimation) and robotics automation workflows.
  5. Hands-on experience with robotics programming languages (Python, C++, MATLAB) and simulation environments (Gazebo, Webots).
  6. Familiarity with essential communication protocols (ROS, CAN, I2C, SPI, PWM) and embedded firmware development.
  7. Exceptional written and spoken communication skills, with a strong commitment to clear, supportive instruction.
  8. Background in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience designing curriculum or training materials for technical audiences.
  2. Demonstrated enthusiasm for mentoring and empowering future robotics professionals.
