To qualify for this project, you must have a compatible smartphone (iPhone 11 or newer, or similar Android phone), and you must be able to buy and use a smartphone head mount. You need to understand written instructions in English, be comfortable recording in your home, and make sure that no other people, screens, or sensitive documents appear in your videos. You should also have a stable internet connection to upload video files and enough storage space on your phone. You must be physically able to do normal home tasks safely (cleaning, cooking prep, laundry, basic organizing, etc.).

In this project, you will record short, first-person videos of yourself doing everyday household tasks. You will attach your phone to a head mount so the video shows what you see, with your hands and the objects you touch clearly visible. All videos must be recorded in horizontal (landscape) mode, at 720p or higher and 30 FPS or higher. You will create many clips, usually 1–10 minutes each, doing different tasks (or the same task in different rooms or lighting). After recording, you will upload each video and write a short text description of the task. You will be paid $4–$5 USD per hour of accepted video, and if you submit at least 5 minutes of accepted video, you will receive an extra $10 USD to reimburse the cost of your head mount (paid as an additional $10 on top of your video earnings).
