Real Estate Expert

AfterQuery is seeking Real Estate Experts to create and refine real estate reasoning challenges for our AI training modules. In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate real estate scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex real estate principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world property transactions and market dynamics with precision and practical insight. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between proven real estate practice and innovative AI solutions, making a tangible impact on the future of property technology.

Commitment: 15 hours/week | Pay: $50 - $100/hr | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality real estate questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as property valuation, contract negotiation, market analysis, financing structures, zoning regulations, property management, and more.
• Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to real estate best practices and regulations.
• Collaborate with a team of real estate and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Required Qualifications

• Active real estate license in good standing.
• Proven experience in real estate practice, brokerage, or property management with a robust understanding of various aspects of real estate transactions and markets.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple years of real estate practice or substantial industry experience, ideally across diverse property types and market segments (residential, commercial, investment, etc.).
• Prior involvement in real estate publications, industry associations, or proptech initiatives.
• Additional designations (CRS, GRI, CCIM, CPM, etc.) or specialized training is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI or technology-driven real estate applications is a plus.
