Are you an experienced Real Estate professional eager to apply your expertise in a new and impactful way? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available to contribute alongside your current projects or consulting engagements?

We are looking for top-tier commercial real estate specialists based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x Team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to enhance large AI systems.

Your role is hands-on and high impact. You will:

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on a variety of commercial real estate topics

• Evaluate responses for technical accuracy, industry best practices, and compliance with relevant standards

• Draft realistic commercial real estate scenarios, such as deal structuring, market analysis, property management, asset valuation, risk assessment, and compliance

• Create variations of the same scenario from different roles, such as broker, analyst, investor, property manager, or compliance officer

• Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or oversimplified reasoning in AI-generated content related to commercial real estate

• Assess and improve AI reasoning around structured problem solving, real-world edge cases, and application of commercial real estate principles

In simple terms:
You will assess and improve AI-generated content by ensuring it reflects the reality of commercial real estate practices and challenges.

This is not a traditional real estate role. Instead of brokering deals or managing assets directly, your expertise will guide how AI systems understand and reason about commercial real estate topics at scale. Your feedback will directly improve how AI performs for technical and business users worldwide.

Who this is for

You are:

• A commercial realtor, real estate specialist, analyst, broker, or consultant with several years of hands-on experience

• Based in the EU or UK

• Experienced with commercial property transactions, valuation, leasing, management, or investment analysis

• Comfortable identifying limitations in market data, financial modeling, regulatory compliance, or risk assessment

• Familiar with industry-standard tools, market analysis methods, and commercial real estate compliance standards

• Available 8 to 20 hours per week

• Able to start in the coming weeks

This role is fully remote and flexible, ideal alongside your existing professional commitments.
