We are looking for detail-oriented and analytically minded individuals to join our team as AI Generalist Trainers. In this role, you will help improve the performance and quality of cutting-edge AI systems by evaluating, rating, and ranking model-generated outputs across a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, relevance, clarity, and overall quality
• Compare and rank multiple model outputs based on defined guidelines
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or gaps in model responses
• Apply structured evaluation rubrics to ensure consistent and fair assessments
• Conduct basic research or fact-checking when needed to verify correctness
• Provide clear and concise rationales for evaluations
• Follow detailed instructions and adapt to evolving guidelines

Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Must Have)

• Currently based in the United States and authorized to work remotely from the US
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent reading comprehension and ability to process complex instructions
• Strong logical reasoning and critical thinking skills
• ffective online research and information verification skills
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across tasks

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Prior experience with AI training, data annotation, evaluation, or similar roles
• Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) or AI systems
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, guideline-driven environments

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $35–$45 per hour Compensation may vary based on experience, skill level, and performance
