We are hiring AI Generalist Trainers based in Germany to support the evaluation and improvement of AI systems by assessing and ranking model-generated outputs across various domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and relevance
• Compare and rank multiple responses
• Identify logical and factual issues
• Follow structured evaluation guidelines
• Perform research and validation when necessary
• Provide clear evaluation rationales

Requirements

Basic Qualifications (Must Have)

• Currently based in Germany and authorized to work remotely
• Fluency in both English and German (reading and writing required)
• Strong analytical and comprehension skills
• Good research and reasoning ability
• High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with AI training or annotation
• Familiarity with AI/LLMs
• Self-motivated and proactive

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $35–$40 per hour
