Job Summary

Join our customer’s team as a QA / UX / UI Tester (Quality Focus) – AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-powered digital experiences. In this position, you will ensure the quality, usability, and reliability of advanced AI-driven products by blending rigorous QA methodology with hands-on UX/UI evaluation and AI output annotation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive QA testing on digital products to identify, document, and escalate bugs and usability issues.
• Evaluate and critique AI outputs to ensure alignment with user expectations and business requirements.
• Systematically annotate and provide structured feedback on AI-generated content and interfaces to enhance AI training.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers, to deliver actionable insights that drive continuous product improvement.
• Execute user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) testing to refine product usability and drive user-centric enhancements.
• Maintain clear, detailed, and precise documentation of test cases, results, and feedback for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Champion a quality-focused mindset, advocating for both end-user experience and technical reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in QA testing, UX/UI evaluation, and digital product assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to review and annotate AI outputs, providing high-impact feedback to improve AI models.
