Property Manager Expert

AfterQuery is seeking Property Manager Experts to create and refine property management challenges for training AI models. In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate property management scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex real estate operations principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world tenant relations, property maintenance, and facility oversight with precision and practical insight. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between proven property management practice and innovative AI solutions, making a tangible impact on the future of real estate technology.

Commitment: 10 hours/week | Pay: $40 - $100/hr | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality property management questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as lease administration, tenant screening, maintenance coordination, budget management, rent collection, conflict resolution, compliance with housing laws, and more.
• Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to property management best practices and legal standards.
• Collaborate with a team of real estate and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a property manager, community association manager, or in real estate management with a robust understanding of property operations and tenant relations.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Multiple years of property management experience, ideally across diverse property types (residential, commercial, HOA/condo associations, mixed-use, etc.).
• Prior involvement in property management training, industry associations, or proptech initiatives.
• Property management certifications (CPM, ARM, PCAM, CAM) or real estate license is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI or technology-driven property management applications is a plus.
