Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven AI Project Manager / Team Lead with 4+ years of experience to lead end-to-end delivery of multimodal AI projects across text, image, audio, and video domains. This role requires strong execution skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multimodal AI projects across text, image, audio, and video
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including researchers, engineers, and data specialists
• Drive project planning, execution, and timely delivery against defined milestones
• Manage stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment on goals
• Translate complex AI requirements into structured roadmaps and actionable plans
• Monitor KPIs, track progress, and proactively mitigate risks and bottlenecks
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure high-quality project outcomes
• Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and team productivity
• Navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in AI/ML or tech-driven environments
• Exposure to or understanding of multimodal AI workflows (text, image, audio, video) is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into structured execution plans
• Proven experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) required
• Must be based in LATAM

Offer Details:

• Commitments Required: 40 hours per week with at least 4 hours PST overlap
• Employment type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)
• Duration of contract: 4 weeks; [expected start date is next week]
• Location: Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, Peru

Evaluation Process:

Candidates will need to complete a short assessment, after which shortlisted candidates will proceed to an interview round.
