Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Project Management Specialist – AI Trainer and drive impactful AI training initiatives that elevate the performance and accuracy of cutting-edge AI systems. In this dynamic role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end project delivery, and implement best-in-class methodologies to continually advance our AI training capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI training projects, including data labeling, model evaluation, and performance improvement cycles.
2. Develop actionable project plans and manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively to meet project objectives.
3. Collaborate closely with data scientists, linguists, engineers, and stakeholders to translate goals into clear deliverables and measurable outcomes.
4. Implement and uphold quality assurance standards throughout all phases of AI training workflows.
5. Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
6. Identify bottlenecks, resolve complex issues, and proactively drive continuous improvement across all AI training processes.
7. Stay current with advancements in AI methodologies and tools to enhance project execution and output quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in project management, especially in AI or technology-driven environments.
2. Strong proficiency in project planning, execution, and stakeholder management across multidisciplinary teams.
3. Expertise in AI workflows, including data annotation, model evaluation, and iterative improvement cycles.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
5. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
6. Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools, methodologies, and quality assurance practices.
7. Track record of successful coordination between engineering, data science, and linguistic teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
2. Experience as an AI trainer or in AI-related product development.
3. Background working with remote or globally distributed teams.
