About the Role

We're looking for experienced Product Managers in Austin to evaluate AI-generated career advice — ensuring it's accurate, practical, and genuinely useful for real product professionals.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for working professionals. No AI experience needed — just a strong PM background and the ability to recognize what great career guidance looks like.

What You'll Do

• Review career-related questions from professionals at different stages of their PM journey
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level product management career guidance
• Build objective rubrics to evaluate AI-generated career recommendations
• Flag guidance that is inaccurate, incomplete, or unrealistic based on your professional experience
• Apply your real-world industry knowledge to improve how AI coaches product professionals
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced Product Manager with meaningful hands-on experience in the field
• Strong grasp of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior PMs or APMs
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to give clear, actionable advice
• No AI background or prior evaluation experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience at tech companies, SaaS businesses, or high-growth startups — Austin's tech ecosystem is a plus
• Leadership or senior PM experience
• History of shipping products from zero to one
• Familiarity with engineering, design, and data workflows
• Background in coaching, mentoring, or professional development
