Key Responsibilities:
- Design realistic, presentation-driven tasks reflecting scenarios such as client proposals, internal strategies, and investor briefings.
- Review and annotate AI-generated presentation content, evaluating accuracy, structure, and adherence to professional standards.
- Deliver detailed, expert feedback on messaging, visuals, storytelling, and deck structure to enhance AI learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI understanding of tone, audience engagement, and presentation purpose.
- Document industry-standard workflows and best practices for creating impactful executive and marketing presentations.
- Identify common challenges and nuances in business presentation design to help the AI model adapt to real-world requirements.
- Uphold excellence in both written and verbal communication throughout all feedback and documentation processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience crafting professional presentations in fields such as marketing, consulting, or executive support.
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with tools like Google Slides or Keynote.
- Demonstrated strength in visual and verbal storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and messaging hierarchy.
- Deep understanding of business presentation workflows and audience expectations.
- Exceptional written communication skills and the ability to articulate complex feedback clearly.
- A self-starter approach, capable of independently providing actionable, structured input.
- Accountability for maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in marketing management, consulting, or executive communications.
- Experience as an executive assistant, chief of staff, or sales/pitch deck designer.
- Strong familiarity with executive and investor presentation practices across diverse industries.
