Job Summary:

Become a key contributor to the future of language AI by joining our customer’s team as a Portuguese (PT) Language Reviewer - AI Trainer. In this exciting part-time, remote position, you’ll use your expertise in European Portuguese to validate, refine, and elevate AI-generated language content, ensuring the highest standards of linguistic quality and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and evaluate AI-generated Portuguese (PT) text and voice data for accuracy, fluency, and naturalness.
• Identify and correct nuances, idiomatic expressions, and regional variances to enhance language authenticity.
• Deliver clear, actionable feedback to improve AI models’ understanding of Portuguese grammar, vocabulary, and cultural context.
• Collaborate with technical teams to optimize AI voice models, focusing on accent recognition and linguistic diversity.
• Annotate and analyze data meticulously, contributing to comprehensive frameworks for quality assurance and native speaker identification.
• Document evaluations while actively participating in ongoing process improvements and quality assessments.
• Champion effective communication and uphold high standards in both written and verbal exchanges in all project interactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native-level proficiency in European Portuguese with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong awareness of regional accents, dialects, and the subtleties of Portuguese (PT) expression.
• Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese, Linguistics, Language Studies, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in content review, editing, translation, or language assessment roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and a genuine passion for language accuracy and evolution.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality results in a remote environment.
• Skilled at providing constructive, detailed feedback and engaging collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI training, data annotation, or natural language processing projects.
• Familiarity with voice recognition technologies or linguistic resource development.
• Advanced degree or specialized certification in Portuguese linguistics or related studies.
