About Gramian

Gramian Consultancy is a boutique consultancy specializing in IT professional services and engineering talent solutions. With a strong background in software engineering and leadership, we help companies build high-performing teams by matching them with professionals who truly fit their needs.

About the Role

We are engaging Polish Bilingual Experts to contribute to a language and AI training project supporting the development of next-generation AI systems. You will evaluate Polish audio for nativeness, fluency, pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity, while providing clear and well-supported feedback in English. No prior AI experience is required — your Polish language expertise is what matters most.

LANGUAGE: Polish — native level; English — minimum B2

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to Polish audio clips and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or AI-generated output.
  • Assess pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.
  • Provide clear, concise written feedback in English explaining key linguistic observations.
  • Provide detailed justifications to support consistent and reliable evaluations.
  • Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve language-related ambiguities.
  • Provide insights that help improve AI systems' Polish language understanding and generation.
  • Complete assigned audio evaluation tasks accurately and within required timelines.
  • Maintain consistently high standards of quality across all evaluations.

Requirements

  • Native-level proficiency in Polish, with excellent spoken and written command of the language.
  • Minimum B2-level English, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle differences in pronunciation, fluency, and linguistic authenticity.
  • Ability to provide structured, objective, and well-reasoned feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently follow evaluation guidelines.
