In this unique, fully remote role, you'll transform your real-world PDF experience into actionable training data that directly influences how cutting-edge AI understands and executes essential PDF tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document a wide variety of real-life PDF workflows, from annotating contracts and redlining legal documents to managing bulk file conversions and formatting projects.
  • Review, annotate, and provide detailed assessments of AI-generated PDF outputs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and usability.
  • Offer actionable feedback to improve AI performance, addressing edge cases and complex workflow scenarios.
  • Translate professional, hands-on PDF tasks into structured examples and training datasets for AI development.
  • Collaborate closely with project leads to uphold high standards in content quality and documentation integrity.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to version control, formatting, and organizational best practices in all deliverables.
  • Communicate findings, process updates, and recommendations with precision—both in writing and verbally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in roles involving intensive PDF document handling (e.g., paralegal, contract administrator, document specialist, legal assistant, or office manager).
  • Advanced proficiency with PDF platforms such as Adobe Acrobat, Foxit, Nitro PDF, or comparable tools.
  • Hands-on familiarity with redlining, OCR, bookmarking, digital signatures, document merging, and version management.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining formatting and organizational standards.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience training peers, developing SOPs, or delivering process improvement feedback.
  • Background in legal support, administrative operations, or content/documentation management.
  • Previous success in remote or technology-driven work environments.
