In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise in disease diagnosis and laboratory analysis to train and mentor artificial intelligence systems, ensuring clinical accuracy and relevance. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and annotate medical data, images, and reports to support AI model development.
• Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to refine algorithms for disease detection and classification.
• Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on diagnostic best practices, pathology workflows, and clinical decision-making.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, providing constructive feedback for iterative improvement.
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality training materials and documentation for AI models.
• Participate in regular virtual meetings, sharing insights and recommendations with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to ethical, privacy, and regulatory standards in all AI training activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Board-certified pathologist with experience in anatomic, clinical, or subspecialty pathology (e.g., cytopathology, hematopathology, dermatopathology).
• Proven expertise in diagnosing diseases and conducting lab tests using tissues, organs, or fluids.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear and collaborative interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex medical data and provide precise clinical insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
• Experience working remotely and managing time effectively in a distributed team environment.
• Desire to contribute as a SME for AI training, helping shape innovative healthcare technology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with digital pathology platforms or AI/ML projects in healthcare.
