What you’ll be doing
At 10x.team, we pair highly skilled freelance professionals with leading AI labs, enabling significant advances in large-scale AI models. In this flexible and influential role, you will:

• Review, refine, and enhance AI-generated responses related to organizational design, operating models, change management, and transformation strategy

• Evaluate content for technical and conceptual accuracy, real-world applicability, and best-practice alignment

• Draft realistic organizational scenarios such as restructuring, governance redesign, team effectiveness, and scaling challenges

• Create scenario variations from perspectives including HR leader, operational executive, consultant, and board member

• Spot flaws in reasoning, gaps in process logic, or misinterpretations of organizational theory and practice

Your expertise will directly enhance how AI understands and reasons about organizational design, ensuring outputs mirror established frameworks and practical approaches. This is not a change management implementation role; instead, you’ll shape AI’s systemic understanding.

Who this is for
We are looking for:

• Experienced organizational design specialists, consultants, HR strategists, or transformation leads

• Based in the EU or UK

• Skilled in operating model design, organizational effectiveness, governance, and related methodologies

• Knowledgeable about current best practices and transformation approaches in large organizations

• Discerning in evaluating structural logic, culture, workflows, and people practices

• Available 8–20 hours per week, ready to begin in the coming weeks
