Are you an experienced operational excellence professional eager to leverage your expertise to advance cutting-edge AI technology? Do you have 8 to 20 hours per week available alongside your current commitments?

We are seeking freelance operational excellence experts based in the EU or UK to help refine and improve large AI systems.

As part of the 10x Team network of fractional and freelance professionals, you will collaborate with leading AI labs to enhance advanced AI models.

What you’ll be doing:

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs relevant to operational excellence, process improvement, and best practices in business operations

• Evaluate AI results for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to established operational standards

• Draft realistic scenarios involving process optimization, lean management, and business transformation

• Assess the clarity and logical flow of AI reasoning in areas such as efficiency improvements, risk mitigation, and change management

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or impractical suggestions in AI-generated solutions

• Generate scenario variations from the perspective of various stakeholders such as operations manager, process owner, or executive

In simple terms: You’ll ensure AI-generated content reflects true-to-life operational excellence practices, standards, and reasoning. Your feedback is crucial for helping AI systems provide more reliable business operations guidance.

• An operational excellence lead, process improvement specialist, or business operations professional
