Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Medical Transcriptionist – AI Trainer, leveraging your clinical documentation expertise to shape the next generation of AI language models in healthcare. As a pivotal member of the AI training division, you’ll have the unique opportunity to combine your transcription skills with cutting-edge artificial intelligence initiatives, ensuring that AI-driven medical documentation is accurate, reliable, and clinically relevant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess AI-generated clinical transcripts for medical accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness.
• Deliver insightful feedback and precise corrections following established clinical documentation guidelines.
• Create high-quality sample medical transcripts from a variety of dictated scenarios and specialties.
• Annotate and classify medical language data using provided structured frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing expertise to enhance annotation protocols and content standards.
• Champion the highest standards of grammar, spelling, and report formatting in all transcription outputs.
• Safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of patient data at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or Clinical Documentation Specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical reporting formats.
• Experience with Medical, Word processing, or Voice recognition Software.
• Proficiency with transcription/dictation tools and familiarity with EHR documentation standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an acute attention to detail.
• Proven ability to carefully evaluate, correct, and enhance complex medical language content.
• Strong commitment to maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive medical information.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in multiple medical specialties or clinical settings.
• Background in AI data annotation or model training projects.
• Familiarity with quality assurance practices in clinical documentation workflows.
