About the Role

We're looking for sharp mathematical minds to help evaluate and improve AI systems that solve complex math problems. You'll review AI-generated solutions, verify proofs and calculations, and ensure mathematical reasoning is rigorous and correct. If you've ever competed in PMO, APMO, Math Olympiad — or simply love elegant problem-solving — this role is for you.

• Location: Remote
• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated mathematical solutions for correctness, completeness, and logical rigor
• Identify errors in proofs, calculations, and reasoning steps
• Evaluate the clarity and quality of mathematical explanations
• Solve challenging problems across algebra, number theory, combinatorics, analysis, probability, and more
• Provide structured feedback to help AI models improve their mathematical reasoning
• Craft and refine problems that test the boundaries of AI capabilities
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a quantitative field
• Strong problem-solving skills and deep mathematical intuition
• Comfortable working across multiple areas of mathematics
• Excellent written communication — able to explain complex ideas clearly
• Attention to detail and commitment to precision
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Competition math background (PMO, APMO, IMO, or similar)
• Graduate-level coursework in mathematics or a related field
• Experience tutoring, teaching, or writing mathematical content
• Familiarity with mathematical typesetting (LaTeX)
