Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Management Analysts – AI Trainer and leverage your organizational efficiency expertise to shape the future of intelligent systems. In this part-time, fully remote role, you will use your analytical skills and consulting experience to train AI models that replicate real-world decision-making and operational processes. Your insights will be essential in driving performance improvements for diverse organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize information on organizational problems, procedures, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct interviews and on-the-ground observations to gain a deep understanding of team functions, challenges, and best practices.
  • Analyze data to develop actionable recommendations for process optimization and enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Document findings in clear, comprehensive reports and prepare recommendations for implementing new systems and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user manuals, and process guidelines to facilitate smooth adoption of changes.
  • Collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to ensure effective change management and implementation of solutions.
  • Support AI model training by providing structured organizational knowledge, scenario-based examples, and real-world case analyses.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Management Analyst, Program Analyst, or Management Consultant, focusing on organizational studies and efficiency.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, process evaluation, and change management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for technical documentation and clarity.
  • Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights and recommendations for diverse teams.
  • Experience preparing detailed documentation, reports, and training resources.
  • Strong collaborative mindset, comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Background in AI model training or advanced process automation projects.
  • Experience with technical writing for software, organizational change, or workflow optimization.
