Key Responsibilities:
- Generate comprehensive, domain-specific internal documents reflecting real-life life sciences workflows and use cases.
- Create, refine, and maintain structured prompts and evaluation rubrics to guide AI model training and assessment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain meticulous documentation standards to support reproducibility and regulatory compliance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve documentation based on team feedback and evolving best practices.
- Clearly communicate complex scientific concepts through both written and verbal channels.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives and support the development of training frameworks for the AI system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all documentation.
- Proven experience in technical writing, scientific documentation, or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and audience engagement.
- Ability to generate and structure domain-specific prompts and rubrics for AI applications.
- Comfort working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.
- Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in AI training, prompt engineering, or machine learning projects within the life sciences sector.
