Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to structure and refine legal data for AI model training.
• Review, annotate, and curate legal documents and case law to develop comprehensive datasets.
• Provide expert legal interpretations and ensure AI outputs reflect accurate legal reasoning.
• Design and implement training protocols for AI models specific to legal content and applications.
• Participate in iterative feedback loops to continuously enhance model performance and reliability.
• Communicate complex legal concepts effectively to technical and non-technical team members.
• Document training methodologies and maintain rigorous quality control throughout the AI training lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Law
• Located and authorized to work in the United States.
• Deep knowledge of US legal systems, statutes, and case law.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
