Use your subject-matter expertise to shape AI-driven solutions for dispute resolution, collective bargaining, and grievance management, all while working in a flexible, fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and refine AI systems using real-world labor relations scenarios and best practices.
  • Advise on and simulate negotiation strategies for collective bargaining agreements.
  • Develop AI training materials that accurately reflect grievance procedures and employee complaint handling.
  • Collaborate with AI developers and data scientists to ensure labor relations expertise is embedded in product design.
  • Provide actionable insights to help resolve workplace disputes between management and employees.
  • Stay current on labor relations trends, legal updates, and collective bargaining landscape to inform AI training content.
  • Communicate complex labor relation concepts effectively in both written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Labor Relations Specialist, Business Agent, Grievance Manager, or similar role.
  • Subject-matter expertise in labor relations and dispute resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for clear and compassionate dialogue.
  • Solid understanding of collective bargaining agreements and grievance procedures.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
  • Ability to translate labor relations knowledge into actionable training for AI models.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in AI training or technology-driven learning environments.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in labor law and workplace automation.
  • Experience working with or training data for artificial intelligence applications.
