Investment Banking / Private Equity Expert

This is a remote, project-based role for Investment Banking or Private Equity professionals with 1–3 years of work experience. You will complete tasks similar to those performed in investment banking or private equity. Work is over the next 2-3 weeks, asynchronous, and assigned on a project-by-project basis, with an expected commitment of 10–20 hours per week for the projects you accept. Commitment: 10 hours/week | Pay: $100 - $150/hr | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models and answer financial questions
• Perform corporate valuations (DCF, LBO, APV)
• Apply complex accounting principles to real-world scenarios (NOLs, DTAs, operating leases, etc.)
• Complete investment banking and private equity style analysis

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
• Understanding of financial modeling & accounting
