Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as an Internal Auditor – AI Trainer, where your deep expertise in internal auditing will directly impact the development of cutting-edge AI systems. In this unique role, you will leverage your knowledge of audit processes to create robust training data, rubrics, and quality benchmarks, ultimately enhancing AI models’ effectiveness in real-world auditing scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and refine AI training datasets and evaluation rubrics based on internal audit best practices.
2. Collaborate with AI engineers and subject matter experts to translate auditing methodologies into actionable guidance for AI systems.
3. Evaluate AI model outputs, providing expert feedback and insights to optimize performance.
4. Ensure that AI training content aligns with regulatory standards, industry frameworks, and compliance requirements.
5. Document and communicate findings, trends, and recommendations effectively, supporting continuous model improvement.
6. Apply analytical and investigative skills to identify data inconsistencies and suggest corrective actions.
7. Champion a culture of clear, precise written and verbal communication throughout all project phases.

1. Proven experience in internal audit, risk assessment, and internal controls.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and industry best practices.
3. Exceptional analytical skills with an investigative mindset.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
5. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality audit documentation and reports.
6. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
7. Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or similar are a plus.
2. Background in developing process documentation or training materials.
