We are hiring contributors to create original, handwritten academic questions and submit them as user-like images for AI training. The content should resemble real student doubts or problem-solving queries, captured naturally using a mobile phone.

This role applies to contributors from the following subjects:

• Biology

Key Responsibilities

Contributors will be required to:

• Create 100 original, non-copyrighted academic questions in their subject area
• Handwrite each question and capture it as an image using a mobile phone
• Ensure questions are:
  • Challenging but student-appropriate
  • Clear in intent and educational value
  • Suitable for school to early college level
• Include diagrams, charts, tables, code snippets, structures, or illustrations where relevant to the subject
• Maintain high variation across images, including:
  • Handwriting styles
  • Paper types
  • Pen/pencil colors
  • Orientation (rotated / angled images)
  • Lighting and background surfaces
• Some images may intentionally be:
  • Slightly rotated
  • Partially visible
  • Lower quality (as long as the task is readable)

Mandatory Deliverables (Per Contributor)

For each of the 100 images, contributors must also submit:

• Task transcript (typed version of the handwritten content)
• Golden answer (final correct answer only; no explanation)
• Required classifications:
  • Subject
  • Query characteristics (diagram-based, etc.)
  • Number of problems in the image
  • Entry point (image-only or image + text)

Eligibility Requirements

• Based in India
• Strong academic understanding of at least one subject listed above
• Ability to create original questions (no copying from books, exams, or internet)
• Comfortable with handwriting academic content
• Access to a smartphone camera
• Able to follow detailed guidelines and quality standards

Preferred Backgrounds

• Teachers, tutors, or academic trainers
• Subject-matter graduates or postgraduates
• Engineering, science, commerce, or humanities students
• Educators or curriculum developers

Content Rules (Very Important)

The following are strictly NOT allowed:

• Copying from textbooks, exam papers, guidebooks, or online sources
• Using copyrighted material or famous passages/case studies
• Typed, printed, or digitally generated questions
• Repeating similar-looking questions or image styles
• Including any personal or identifiable information.All content must be original, user-like, and handwritten.

Offer Details:

• Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and minimum 30 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST. (We have 2 options of time commitment: 30 hrs/week or 40 hrs/week)
• Engagement type: Contractor

Evaluation Process -

• Shortlisted candidates will be sent a Job Interest Form.
• After the profile review, an assessment will be shared, which must be completed within 24 hours. This will be followed by an interview round, after which candidates will be selected.
• Based on the assessment and interview outcomes, shortlisted candidates will be contacted to discuss the pre‑onboarding requirements.
