AI Trainer Jobs – Train AI Systems In Your Area Of Expertise

AfterQuery is seeking Human Resources Experts to create and refine HR management challenges for training AI models. In this remote, flexible role, you will design and evaluate human resources scenarios that test the AI's ability to interpret and apply complex HR principles, ensuring that our models can navigate real-world recruitment, employee relations, and talent management with precision and practical insight. Your expertise will help bridge the gap between proven HR practice and innovative AI solutions, making a tangible impact on the future of HR technology.

Commitment: 10 hours/week | Pay: $50/hr | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality HR questions and case studies that challenge AI models on topics such as recruitment strategies, interview techniques, performance evaluations, conflict resolution, compensation planning, employment law compliance, onboarding processes, and more.
  • Evaluate and validate model responses, offering detailed feedback to ensure accuracy and adherence to HR best practices and employment regulations.
  • Collaborate with a team of HR and technical experts to fine-tune question difficulty and ensure content is both challenging and educational.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Proven experience in human resources with a robust understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, and compliance.
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multiple years of HR experience, ideally across diverse HR functions (talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS, etc.).
  • Prior involvement in HR training programs, policy development, or HR technology initiatives.
  • Professional certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI or technology-driven HR applications is a plus.
