Join 10x Team as a freelance Growth Marketing Manager – AI Trainer. Help develop and enhance AI systems used by leading organizations by ensuring their responses and strategies accurately reflect real-world growth marketing best practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assess AI-generated marketing strategies, campaigns, and messaging for authenticity and practical value.

• Review and refine outputs related to digital marketing, growth tactics, campaign measurement, and performance optimization.

• Create and improve realistic growth marketing scenarios, from user acquisition to retention and lifecycle management.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated marketing content.

• Draft variations of growth scenarios from different stakeholder perspectives: marketing leads, CMOs, performance marketers, and product teams.

In simple terms: You’ll ensure that AI systems understand and deliver growth marketing solutions that mirror the needs of real businesses and marketing teams.

Who This Is For

• Growth Marketing Managers, strategists, or consultants with deep hands-on experience in digital and growth marketing

• Based in the EU or UK

• Proficient in campaign design, analytics, growth frameworks, and marketing tech

• Able to critically assess marketing strategies and outputs for clarity, logic, and effectiveness
