What You'll Do

• Work alongside Surge's Head of Growth and Marketing Operations to brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run marketing campaigns that drive direct revenue impact.
• Utilize your deep engineering expertise to develop platforms, workflows, and automations supporting growth experimentation.
• Analyze and optimize on lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI improves as it scales.
