What You'll Do
- Review career questions from graphic designers and visual creatives across a range of experience levels
- Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert-level career guidance within the design field
- Develop objective evaluation rubrics to assess the quality of AI-generated career advice for creatives
- Flag inaccurate, unrealistic, or incomplete recommendations in AI system outputs
- Bring your real-world industry experience to improve AI career coaching at scale
- Work independently and asynchronously — entirely on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Brand Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar creative role
- Strong understanding of design career development, portfolio strategy, and how creative hiring works — particularly in tech-adjacent and agency environments
- Experience reviewing design work, mentoring creatives, or contributing to hiring decisions
- Excellent written communication skills — you translate expertise into clear, actionable guidance
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to maintain quality when working independently
- No prior AI or technology experience required
Nice to Have
- A strong and diverse design portfolio
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard tools
- Background working in Seattle's tech, agency, or startup design ecosystem
- Art direction, creative leadership, or cross-functional team experience
- Familiarity with design hiring in the Pacific Northwest and tech-driven creative industries
