Role overview:

We are looking for public sector domain experts (5+ years experience) to create real-world, profession-based prompts and tasks. The role involves creating high quality prompts and documents to evaluate model responses on day-to-day work in government, policy, and social service domains

Key Responsibilities:

• Create realistic, first-person prompts based on actual job workflows
• Design tasks that reflect real-world public sector and policy scenarios
• Select and use relevant public data/documents as input files
• Ensure prompts are clear, specific, and aligned to the occupation
• Review tasks for accuracy, completeness, and real-world relevance

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Management, or related field
• Strong understanding of real-world workflows in your profession
• Ability to convert work scenarios into structured, high-quality prompts

Who can Apply:

We are open to many experts within the public sector (including but not limited to): Child, Family, and School Social Workers, First-Line Supervisors of Police and Detectives, Recreation Workers, Compliance Officers, Administrative Services Managers.

Terms of Contract:

• Opportunity is for a project that is ~2 week duration with potential extension
