Job Summary
Join our customer’s team as a Game & XR Development - AI trainer and play a key role in advancing AI-driven game and XR experiences. In this part-time, fully remote position, you will leverage your technical expertise to guide and enhance the training of cutting-edge AI models within the domains of game and XR development. This is a unique opportunity to influence the next generation of interactive technology through expertly crafted prompts and hands-on participation in the AI training lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive AI training prompts tailored to game and XR development.
- Evaluate AI model outputs for quality, coherence, and technical accuracy within gaming and XR contexts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and optimize AI training processes.
- Develop training scenarios and use cases reflecting industry best practices in game and XR development.
- Continuously update training materials to reflect the latest advancements and trends in AI, gaming, and XR.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure all deliverables support the strategic goals of the project and adhere to data integrity standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in game or XR development.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and troubleshooting interactive applications.
- Strong knowledge of AI concepts as applied to game and XR training.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and detail.
- Experience in drafting, iterating, and evaluating AI prompts for technical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote and agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an AI trainer or similar role within the gaming or XR industry.
- Familiarity with popular game engines (Unity, Unreal) and XR development frameworks.
- Background in instructional design or technical training.
