We are hiring skilled software engineers with strong full-stack experience. The ideal candidate is comfortable architecting and working across multi-file codebases, structuring realistic development environments, and building reproducible setups supported by clear documentation and testing. Experience with Docker and containerized workflows is essential.

Commitment: 20 hours/week | Pay: $50 - $100 / hour | Type: Contract

Responsibilities

• Develop technically substantial software projects that reflect real-world engineering environments.
• Create structured development challenges accompanied by clear, detailed documentation.
• Build deterministic test suites to verify correctness and reproducibility.
• Containerize tasks with Docker to ensure consistency and reproducibility.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, Rust, C/C++, etc.).
• Experience architecting or maintaining multi-file software projects.
• Hands-on experience with Docker or similar containerization tools.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with full-stack architectures or end-to-end application development.
• Exposure to testing frameworks, build tools, or code-quality workflows.
